Sunless tanning is always tricky; Many products tend toward orange and they are often hard to apply in a consistent manner - resulting in awful streaks. Coppertone Oil Free Sunless Tanning lotion does a pretty good job of getting around these problems as long as you follow the directions.
The lotion has a very dark tint to it, to help you see where you are applying it, which helps avoid streaking. You can lose track, even so, so take it in small steps. That said, it is easier to apply evenly than many others I've tried. Just be sure to work in THIN layers. It can go on thickly if you apply it that way but you are likely to end up with streaks.
The result was a little darker than I expected, but that is a good thing. Normal washing (as of hands or face) lightens the color considerably and scrubbing removes it completely. So if you want to keep the color, daily re-application will be necessary.
Overall, I would rate this as a much better than average sunless tanning product.
